This closing had me a little emotional, not going to lie.
One of these buyers grew up with my kids. I’ve watched this one from a distance for years without even realizing he’d one day be my client. And today he walked out of closing a homeowner.
We had to push through some tough inspection negotiations to get here, but they never flinched. They trusted the process, and it paid off.
